The Association Immovable Owners on Castellaneta
Marina, since May 1996, works actively in
the coastal territory of the Common of Castellaneta, in the interest of owners of the real
estate units.
As the Article 3 of the Charter
recites “The Association proposes itself,
in general, the valorisation of the coastal
It wants to do satisfactory and pleasant
permanence in this place of the owners, the tourists and the residents.
With appropriated actions, suggestions and
proposals it means to collaborate with the public authorities to determinate
presupposed for a better staying also through the creation of infrastructures
and services with localization of publics offices and users. “
Beginning from this point, in the years, the Association has activated a
constructive dialogue with all the operating Public bodies and private
companies on the territory, with the only objective to improve staying in the
territory and the usable of the services, in the general interest of the
population and in particular of the Associates.
Today, after seven years of intense job, we can surely assert that the
Association Immovable Owners on Castellaneta Marina has become a valid and constructive
interlocutor for all Public bodies.
An example is the recent concession of the premises situated in square
Kennedy 13, from Communal Administration.

and indispensable function of connection between the population of the coastal
territory and the Common, far
Naturally the force to continue in this work comes from the always
greater number of Associates, that daily renew us their trust!
A new Board of Directors, to answer timely to the demands for the
Associates and to comply with the expectations of the territory, has been
equipped, since the beginning, of an organization more functional, assigning
thematic delegations that have contributed to resolve the problems quickly,
improving the managerial process of the Great Community.
Currently we are working with the Communal Administration in order to
agree the priority intervention.
